HARRASMENT TACTICS&HEAVY DUTY RUDENESS

There is no other way to say this then to say just who does this company think they are?. Calling into this company and trying to work out a solution with them concerning ANYTHING about contracts you have with them i.e. credit cards, home loans, car loans is like dealing with the GESTAPO. They charged my son 24.9% interest on a car NOTE for 5 years knowing he was only making $1200.00/month and going to school. Why and how did they even approve this note is beyond me?. Now since he missed two payments they are calling me his father for the money since they he used me as a reference they never called me before or after he signed. So now they call me and want me to help him pay I tell them wait a minute why did you even give him the loan in the first place plus 25% interest ON A CAR LOAN are you NUTS. This bank is ripping consumers off big time what are they LOAN SHARKS. I have told them to stop calling me but they refuse to and I quote "they can do anything they want". Well weather they care or not they can't do whatever they want!. We consumers DO HAVE RIGHTS!!!!!!!.
